Embed the FileFAST Web App:
Embed the Reimbursify FileFAST widget on your website, so that new clients/patients can submit their first reimbursement claim directly from your website. This is a simple, low-effort “technical integration” that shows your clients/patients that you are doing all you can to help them claim their money back.

Write a short blog or social media post about out-of-network insurance benefits, demonstrating that you recognize that the cost of care is a real consideration for most clients/patients.

On The Phone With Prospective Clients/Patients
Run a Verification of Benefits check for prospective clients/patients prior to their first appointment, so that they know what their true out-of-pocket costs will be.
The Verification of Benefits check can be accessed in the Reimbursify Practice Portal and can help you determine if the client/patient has:
- Out-of-network coverage for the services you provide
- How much their deductible is for out-of-network services
- The remaining amount of their out-of-network deductible (year to date)
- The percentage that the insurance company reimburses, after the deductible has been met

In your "Welcome" Materials
