How do I add a client/patient to my practice in the Practice Portal? Print

Clients/patients are added to your Practice Portal account when claims are filed for their visits to your practice. To add a client/patient to your practice via the Practice Portal, you (or they) must file a claim for them.

Note: A Reimbursify Practice Pro account is required in order to file claims for your clients/patients via the Practice Portal.
