With VeriFAST, your prospective clients/patients can submit their insurance information to you via a secure form that is integrated into your website (seen below), so that you can verify their out-of-network benefits in the Reimbursify Practice Portal and share their Eligibility & Benefits details with them, with only a few clicks.

Here is how it works
Your VeriFAST URL
When you register your practice with Reimbursify, a VeriFAST URL (website address) is automatically created for you. You can obtain your unique VeriFAST URL in the Reimbursify Practice Portal by navigating to My Practice > Website Integration. Your URL will look something like this https://practitioner.reimbursify.com/verifast?ec=XXXXXXXXX, where the "XXXXXXXXX" will be a unique string of letters and numbers that identifies your practice in our system.
You can link to your VeriFAST URL from your website, your social media profiles, emails that you send to prospective clients/patients or from anywhere that your prospective clients might find you on the web.
In addition to simply linking to your VeriFAST URL, you can also embed the Reimbursify Widget directly into your website!
The Reimbursify Widget allows your website visitors to both verify their OON benefits and submit reimbursement claims for visits to your practice, right from within the context of your website. Click here for detailed instructions for installing the Reimbursify Widget on your website.
Specifying Your VeriFAST Administrator
When a prospective client/patient submits their insurance information via your VeriFAST URL, a notification email will be sent to the person in your practice who is designated as the VeriFAST Administrator. If your practice has multiple practitioners or administrators, only one of them can be specified as the VeriFAST Administrator. You can specify your VeriFAST Administrator in the Reimbursify Practice Portal by navigating to My Practice > Website Integration. (Don't forget to click "Save Changes" if you select a different member of your organization as the VeriFAST Administrator.)
VeriFAST Notification Emails
The notification emails that are sent to your VeriFAST Administrator contain a hyperlink that links directly to the Eligibility & Benefits data for the prospective client/patient who requested them. They will look like this:

Clicking the hyperlink in the notification email takes the VeriFAST Administrator directly to the Eligibility & Benefits results in the Practice Portal.
Your VeriFAST Administrator can also click the "Recent Lookups" option near the upper right corner of the Verify Benefits page in the Practice Portal to view Eligibility & Benefits requests that have been submitted by prospective clients.
Sharing Eligibility & Benefits Details
Share the Eligibility & Benefits details with the prospective client/patient who requested them by clicking the "Share" option in the upper right corner of the Eligibility & Benefits details screen. (The email address that they entered when they submitted the request will be pre-filled in the email recipient field). You can also choose the Print option, if you'd like to share the details via paper (or via a PDF attached to an email).
