To file a claim for your clients/patients via the Practice Portal, start by clicking the "File a Claim" button on the Claims page. This should launch a new browser window where the visit details can be entered.


If nothing happens when you click the "File a Claim" button, a pop-up blocker in your web browser is most likely preventing the new browser window from opening.
