You can update your client's personal or insurance information in the Practice Portal.


From either the "Claims" page or the "Clients" page (your "Clients" page might be labeled "Patients" depending on your customization setting) click on the name of the client that you'd like to update.


You can edit your client's name, address, date of birth and contact information from the "Personal Information" section.



You can edit your client's insurance ID, member type and relationship to the primary policyholder via the "Insurance" section. You can also upload new insurance card images.  

  

NOTE: If you update the insurance ID for a member and do not upload new insurance card images, your client's claims will not be processed until new insurance card images are provided.
