Creating Your Account


All registered practitioners can access the Reimbursify Practice Portal after creating a Practice Portal account.


To create a Practice Portal account, please visit https://practitioner.reimbursify.com/signup.


On the signup screen, be sure to provide the email address and Individual NPI ("Type 1") number that you used to register with Reimbursify (and not, for example, your Organizational NPI ("Type 2") number).



After submitting this form you will receive a confirmation notification at the email address specified. Click the link and follow the included instructions to complete the Practice Portal account creation process.


Once your account has been created you will be able to log in and access all of the features available in your Practice Plan.

Adding an Administrator to your Account


From the left menu bar, select "My Practice". Then select the "Practice Info" tab.  At the bottom of that section, find the link to "Add New Practice Administrator".  Follow the directions to create the administrator invitation.  They will receive an email with instructions to log in.


Note:  A practice administrator has FULL access to the portal, similar to the Lead Practitioner.



After saving the new Practice Administrator, click the "Send Invite" link. They will receive an email with a secure, custom link that they must click in order to create a login without an NPI number.
