Our Automatic Claim Status Updates feature allows you to connect your insurance company account to your Reimbursify account. If your login credentials (username and/or password) with your insurance company have changed, or if signing into your insurance company's website requires multi-factor authentication, you will be prompted to reestablish the connection the next time you sign into the Reimbursify app. 




It is important to note that if your insurance company requires multi-factor authentication, Reimbursify will only be able to maintain the connection for a brief period (long enough to fetch your most recent claim statuses), after which time you will be required to reestablish the connection. If you sign into our app every day (or later on the same day), you may be prompted to reestablish the connection again. You can tap the "Don't ask me again" option if you do not want to be prompted each time you open our app. To fetch your most recent claim statuses, you will have to re-enable the Automatic Claim Status Updates feature using these instructions.


After you re-establish the connection, the status of your claims will be updated on the following day.
