Many practices submit reimbursement claims to Reimbursify on their patients' behalf (with patient approval).

If your practitioner has submitted a claim for you and you have not previously created a Reimbursify account, or you have not yet added your insurance information to your Reimbursify account, the claim will be saved as a Draft Claim and will not be filed to your insurance company until you have provided your insurance information in our app.

You will receive an email from Reimbursify whenever your practitioner creates a Draft Claim for you, with instructions for installing our mobile app and creating an account. After you create your account you will arrive on the Claims Dashboard where your Draft Claims will be visible, as illustrated below.

When you tap on any of your draft claims in the list you will be guided through the remainder of the claim filing process, so that you can complete and/or review your claim details prior to submitting it to your insurance company. If you have more than one Draft Claim you must review and submit each one individually.

You can delete draft claims by swiping horizontally on them, then tapping the "Delete" icon.
