Reimbursify currently only supports one insurance plan (there are plans to support multiple plans in the future) but it's easy to change your insurance information right in the app and file claims from a previous policy. Here are step-by-step instructions.
What you'll need to do is simply update your insurance information to reflect the policy that was active at the time of your office visit. Then file all the claims that fall under that other policy.
All new claims you file will be sent to the updated insurance company and policy. Any claims filed against your previous insurance will continue to be processed with that information.
When you're done, update your insurance information to reflect your current plan coverage and you're done!
